Presently, a number of people working or voluntarily providing a service within sports clubs in coaching, administering, and managing sports institutions are not qualified in the areas they are involved and working in. The course therefore focuses on the pedagogical issues needed for all people involved in coaching and managing athletes and sports clubs. The Foundations in Coaching course provides you with insight on the areas needed for the better running, leading and managing of sports clubs and sports people. Successfully completing the course qualifies you and elevates the standards of the sports community as well as the quality of services provided.
